The Post:

The role of Modern Foreign Language (Spanish) teacher is a classroom-based role which allows an excellent classroom teacher to develop their practice across the primary phase by teaching Spanish to pupils from Year 1 to Year 6.

The Modern Foreign Language (Spanish) teacher will be responsible for the leadership of an excellent primary MFL (Spanish) curriculum, ensuring all our pupils make excellent progress in MFL (Spanish) through key leadership actions. They will also model excellence through their own classroom practice.

The Modern Foreign Language (Spanish) teacher will lead on ensuring that our MFL (Spanish) curriculum across KS1 and KS2 is truly preparing our pupils to be successful in primary school and in their next steps.

The Person:

We are looking for an inspirational classroom teacher who wants to develop as a primary practitioner, who will work collaboratively with the rest of the primary teaching team and across the wider network of schools through Brent Schools Partnership and other forums.
