Job Description

Executive Assistant Location: East Kent Salary: Competitive plus benefitsA well-established East Kent organisation is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Board Leadership Team managing key administrative and operational tasks while enhancing organisational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors' office
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Deliver high-quality board presentations and reports
  • Manage complex event programmes, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Providing project management support
  • Manage financial administration processes, including invoices, expenses, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate board and senior leadership meetings, including agenda preparation,
  • documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and new starter experience
  • Build strong relationships with internal leadership teams and external stakeholders to support effective communication and collaboration

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record of supporting C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working within fast-paced, corporate environments with complex structures
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, for reporting and communication
  • Resilient and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to generate insights to support decision-making
