Senior Manager

NXTGEN is working with a local firm who are looking for a Senior Manager specialising in General Practice. This opportunity is with a well established and historically successful local firm working with clients based in and around Cambridgeshire. As a Senior Manager, you will be working on the expansion of the client base and providing a high level of service for existing clients. Along with this you will have the opportunity to work with the junior members of the team on their personal development and training, acting as a mentor at all times. This Senior Manager position will also take ownership of an existing client portfolio which generates consistent revenue for the firm.

• Managing the portfolio of clients as well as projects and other general services
• Building and maintaining client relationships and the introduction of new clients
• Review and finalise client's records and schedules
• Complete VAT return forms and submit to HMRC
• Payroll Advice and Services including P11D's
• Identify Opportunities to win new clients and support the ongoing growth of the firm.

Alongside the responsibilities which are required, as the Senior Manager you would be expected to have a ACA/ACCA qualification or be qualified by experience. CCH experience will be a useful skill as well as being confident in a client facing capacity. You will also be passionate about people development, inspiring the next generation of accountants within the firm.

Salary and package offered is dependant on experience and qualification.
