This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied administrative role, supporting both customers and internal teams. This is a position which offersthe chance to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Input customer orders using bespoke industry software
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service
  • Coordinate with internal departments including production and transport
  • Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare documents, reports, and general correspondence
  • Support the team in improving administrative processes and office efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in previous Sales environment
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn
