Are you an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive who is looking for quality work, opportunities to progress and a fun and friendly culture? Then this role is just for you! A leading Coastal Legal 500 with multiple offices are expanding their Litigation team and are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them in their busy Eastbourne office.

Case Load
  • Business partnership disputes, Director disputes and shareholder disputes
  • Company and employee fraud
  • Contract disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Disputes with customers (including warrantee claims)
  • Health and safety prosecutions
  • IP litigation
  • Landlord and tenant and possession proceedings/Property Disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
Skill set / Qualifications
  • If a qualified Solicitor, be 4-8 years PQE (ideally), or if an Executive, have extensive Commercial Litigation experience
  • Demonstrate a good technical knowledge (in line with your experience)
  • Ideally have experience in mentoring junior members of the team
  • Be a keen team player with a "can do" attitude
  • Be commercially aware
  • Willing to learn
  • Be able to manage your own work (under supervision)
  • Be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience of using CMS
