This expanding automotive dealership in Derby is recruiting an experienced Fleet Sales Administrator. Working in the fleet sales operations team, you will ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently from order through to delivery.
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)Location: Derby (Fully Office Based)

Overview of the Role
- Working closely with the Group Fleet Manager, you will manage the end-to-end administration of fleet vehicle sales.
- This includes preparing quotations, processing orders, managing vehicle registrations and invoicing, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
- You will liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to track progress, ensure pre-delivery checks are completed, and arrange customer collections or deliveries.
- The role requires strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
About you
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator with a background in fleet or automotive sales support. You should have strong attention to detail and be comfortable handling high volumes of administrative work.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with excellent time management skills and confidence using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel. A proactive approach, reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
