A major UK infrastructure company is seeking a Legal Counsel to advise on complex commercial and construction contracts. The role involves supporting procurement activities across high-value projects while providing legal insights to stakeholders. With a focus on drafting and negotiating agreements, this position requires a UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, and experience in infrastructure projects is preferred. This contract role is based in either Birmingham or London, with a competitive rate of £800 per day, structured inside IR35, and is likely to extend beyond an initial 6 months.
