Looking for an leader to take on a high-impact role supporting our European customer base. This is a hands-on, moderate-paced service delivery leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a great team, and ensuring exceptional on-time delivery performance. Reactive role dealing with existing distribution accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coaching others, motivating teams, and creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and aligned to shared goals.
Internal Sales Team Lead:
Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse service delivery team, fostering a culture of energy, performance, and accountability.
Oversee service delivery performance across multiple European customers, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
Drive on-time delivery (OTD) performance-our primary operational metric.
Manage team capacity, resource planning, and workload allocation.
Own budget management, cost control, and operational expenditure for the team.
Support accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with proactive issue resolution.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholder groups across Europe
