About the RoleWe're looking for an ambitious National Sales Manager to take the lead across the Bristol region. You'll be developing our presence within the hospitality, catering, leisure and food & drink sectors, building strong relationships and driving consistent growth in a high-potential area.
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on meeting new clients and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Grow the Bristol region through focused business development and account management
- Manage the complete sales process from first introduction to successful onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure venues
- Work closely with procurement and customer service to ensure a seamless experience
- Identify new opportunities and convert them into revenue
What We're Looking For- Proven experience in hospitality, catering, leisure or food & drink (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Organised, proactive and commercially astute
- Competent with MS Office
- Full UK driving licence
