ASD Teaching Assistant Harrow Immediate Start
An inclusive primary school in Harrow is seeking a compassionate ASD Teaching Assistant to support students with ASD in a positive, inclusive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ASD Teaching Assistant to make a real difference in the lives of students. The successful ASD Teaching Assistant will work closely with the teaching team to provide tailored support.

Full-time, Term-time

ASD Teaching Assistant Role Overview:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with ASD, ADD, and ADHD.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENDCo to implement tailored strategies.
  • Promote social, communication and emotional development for students.
  • Promote an inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued.

The ideal ASD Teaching Assistant:
  • A Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher
  • Patient, empathetic and proactive in supporting students.
  • Experience with ASD (desirable but not essential).
  • Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.
