With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Event Operations Manager to join the team-someone who can bring structure, process and operational excellence to their production environment.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Event Operations Manager to support the delivery of large-scale live and broadcast projects.

This is not a traditional production role. Instead, the Senior Event Operations Manager will sit alongside Producers, focusing on operational delivery, process, planning and execution ensuring every stage of the project is tracked, aligned and delivered efficiently.

The Senior Event Operations Manager will be responsible for driving timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring all operational milestones are met, working in a highly structured and process-led way.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning project timelines, schedules and operational plans
• Tracking milestones and ensuring delivery against key project phases
• Implementing and maintaining structured processes across projects
• Managing budgets, cost trackers and payment schedules
• Ensuring all permits, compliance and operational requirements are in place
• Coordinating suppliers and understanding production workflows
• Supporting Producers by ensuring operational feasibility and execution
• Managing logistics including travel, freight and scheduling
• Maintaining clear documentation and project reporting
• Supporting on-site delivery when required (though primarily office-based)

The ideal Senior Event Operations Manager will come from an events, production or broadcast background, with a strong focus on operations, planning and process management.

Candidates should have a meticulous approach and thrive in structured environments where organisation and accuracy are critical.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in an operations or project-focused role within events or production
• Strong understanding of production processes and supplier ecosystems
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and operational logistics
• Highly detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
• Comfortable working alongside Producers rather than leading creative
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Confident working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of broadcast-level production standards

Desirable (but not essential):

• Exposure to live shows, broadcast or large-scale productions
• Familiarity with production terminology and workflows
