  • Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a proud, motivated team

  • Help drive sales, strong standards and brilliant service

  • Lead the store independently when required

  • Maintain safety and compliance - including PFS and forecourt operations

  • Deliver day to day people management professionally and fairly
