Responsive Personnel are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our clients sales team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
This role involves managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to help drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM systems
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, logistics, and marketing
- Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers where necessary
- Support the preparation of contracts, proposals, and quotations
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies
Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
