We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Manager with a strong passion for football and the global sports industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strategic brand partnerships across premium sports properties.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial sales within football or the wider sports industry
  • Must have experience selling virtual media rights / virtual advertising inventory
  • Strong track record of closing high-value sponsorship or media deals
  • Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding sales KPIs
  • Deep understanding of key client markets, with an existing network or the ability to quickly develop one

Role Overview

  • Operate as a standalone Sales Lead, reporting directly to senior leadership
  • Produce regular sales analysis, insights, and internal performance reporting
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with new brand partners
  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to support your sales pipeline and strategy
  • Sell virtual advertising inventory across multiple sporting events, broadcast territories, and international markets
  • Provide weekly progress updates and attend sales review meetings
