The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working on a 1:1 basis with a KS1 pupil with ADHD, providing both academic and emotional support throughout the school day. You will help the pupil remain focused during lessons, encourage positive behaviour, and assist them with their learning that suits their individual needs. The successful candidate will be patient, understanding, and consistent in their approach, helping to create a calm and structured learning environment. Previous experience supporting children with SEN is highly preferred.
