The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering well-structured lessons that support pupils' academic progress and encourage curiosity and confidence in learning.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils with a range of learning abilities
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Supporting pupils' social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has recent experience teaching in a primary school
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
Is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about education
Has strong organisational and communication skills
