What you'll do:
- Schedule and manage calendar invites for digital events
- Monitor and follow up on event invitations and responses
- Support with event and ticketing administration, ensuring accuracy and smooth coordination
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to digital event delivery
- Work across multiple systems and tools to support efficient processes
Who you are:
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Essential: Experience using Salesforce
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- A quick learner who can pick up new tools and processes with ease
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
