Liberty is looking for a proactive and people-focused Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join our team, ensuring residents feel supported, informed, and respected throughout essential maintenance and improvement works.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Tenant Liaison Officer, you'll be the key link between Liberty, our engineers, and the tenants we serve. You'll play a vital role in communication, access coordination, and social value delivery across our West Midlands sites.
