Job Title: People Partner
Location: Head Office, SR5 3QY
Reports to: Employee Relations and Compliance Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive People Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will provide expert HR support and guidance to managers, handle employee relations matters, and help create a positive employee experience that positions us as an Employer of Choice. You'll work closely with managers to resolve issues, develop talent, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with employment law and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely advice and support on employee relations issues, including attendance, performance, disciplinary, grievance, and restructures.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, ensuring consistent and fair application of policies and procedures.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
- Deliver inductions, training, and coaching to managers and employees to enhance capability and accountability.
- Maintain HR records, track cases, and analyze trends to support data driven decision making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives that align with our values and culture.
Requirements
- Level 5 HR qualification or significant HR experience; CIPD membership desirable.
- Strong experience in employee relations, HR advisory, and supporting managers.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems desirable.
