We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our building services team in a static role based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial properties, carrying out reactive maintenance and repair work.

The Plumber Role in more detail:

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in domestic and commercial settings
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and effectively
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and occupants
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

Plumber Application Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• All operatives must successfully pass a Basic DBS check
