Job DescriptionReporting directly to the CCO and working in close partnership with Market Leaders and HO teams, the Head of Commercial Development & Excellence is responsible for creating the conditions to achieve the highest standards of commercial excellence, aligned with the Maison's strategic priorities. This senior leadership role contributes to the strategic roadmap and oversees large-scale, cross-functional, and international projects, ensuring alignment toward shared objectives with Retail Excellence at the core of all initiatives. The role leads the global commercial excellence strategy to elevate retail capabilities and drive operational excellence across DBL's retail and wholesale network. Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent implementation of store operations guidelines, enhancing customer experience, and leveraging commercial performance insights to enable sustainable business growth.
