Partner - Dispute Resolution (Commercial Litigation Focus)
Shrewsbury
We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Partner with a strong background in Commercial Litigation to establish and grow a broad disputes practice in Shrewsbury and the wider Shropshire region.
This is a rare opportunity to join a firm at the point of new office launch, with the autonomy to build a practice locally - advising across a full spectrum of disputes while being supported by one of the strongest dispute resolution teams in the UK.

- Take a leading role in building a full service disputes practice in our newest office
- Advise a diverse local and regional client base, with national capability behind you
- Join a Top 50 firm that offers both scale and flexibility
- Benefit from clear, transparent pathways for long term career and practice growth
- Work within a collaborative partner group that actively supports cross referral and team building

About You
To succeed in this pivotal hire, you will bring:
- A strong track record in Commercial Litigation, with the confidence to advise across general dispute resolution matters
- Experience of, or a genuine appetite for, building and growing a local practice

- Strong business development and networking capability
- The commercial acumen to devise and deliver a clear, sustainable business plan
- Excellent people leadership and mentoring skills
