Job Opportunity: Pick and Packer - Food Production Factory ️
Location: Newton Abbot
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £12.25-£12.75 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 07:00-16:00 or 09:00-18:00
Immediate Start Available About the Role:We're looking for reliable and hardworking Pick and Packers to join a fast paced food production team. This hands on role is ideal for individuals who thrive in busy environments and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking and packing food products accurately
- Labelling and packaging items correctly
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Conducting quality checks
- Meeting daily production targets
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Working in a freezer environment
- Previous experience in warehouse or food production (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast paced setting
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in cold conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
