RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCERWOLVERHAMPTON£35K - £45KOur client, a well-established regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team in Wolverhampton. The Role You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy.The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC or Conveyancer
• Minimum 1 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of CQS Protocol and AML legislation
• Excellent client care and organisational skills
• Experience with case management systems (Tikit desirable)
• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential
