A leading global law firm is looking for an experienced Legal PA to join their Energy & Infrastructure team, a department at the forefront of the world's most important projects, from renewable energy developments to major infrastructure investments.
You'll be supporting Lawyers who work with powerful international clients, including global energy companies, investors and developers who are actively shaping the future of how the world works and powers itself.
The Role
- Supporting Lawyers with full Legal PA duties
- Proactive diary and inbox management
- Document preparation, formatting and amendments
- Coordinating meetings, travel and client communications
- Billing, expenses and matter administration

- Legal Secretarial qualification and/or previous Legal Secretarial experience within a law firm
