Job Opportunity: Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Overview: An established Glasgow firm is seeking a Scottish-qualified Solicitor to join its dedicated Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years' conveyancing experience who's ready to take on a varied caseload and play a key role within a friendly, collaborative department. You'll work across a broad mix of residential and commercial transactions, gaining exposure to quality work while contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Role Requirements:
You'll handle a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters from start to finish, including residential and commercial purchases, sales, transfers of title and work involving secured lending. You'll liaise directly with clients, lenders and other professionals, delivering a smooth and efficient service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Experience:
- Scottish-qualified Solicitor with solid experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
Skills:
- Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues
- Organisational and file-management abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to progressing transactions
