The rate is £19.32ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a busy workshop, ensuring the effective delivery of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and testing across a diverse fleet.
They will lead and motivate a team of operational staff, manage a substantial service budget, and implement robust policies and procedures to guarantee safe, efficient, and compliant operations and will also be expected to achieve efficiency and income targets, generate new commercial opportunities, reduce complaints, and enhance the reputation of the department through continuous improvement and effective service delivery
