You will provide expert advice to businesses and charities on key areas such as:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Restructuring
- Partnerships
- Commercial agreements
- Intellectual property
- Corporate governance
- Regulatory and statutory compliance
The firm is seeking a Solicitor with solid technical expertise in Corporate and Commercial transactions who can quickly build and maintain client relationships.
As the ideal Solicitor, you will:
- Have 4 years PQE in a Commercial background
- Deliver exceptional client care
- Take a professional and commercial approach to legal advice
- Have some experience in business development and marketing
