We operate across the UK and service some of the country's leading businesses. We have an excellent opportunity for a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about the recruitment industry.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients within the industrial sector.
• Source, screen, and place candidates in roles within the food processing, packing, and agricultural industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with Gangmasters Licensing Authority standards and other relevant regulations.
• Contribute to the company's success by achieving and exceeding targets.
