We are working with a highly regarded and expanding firm recognised by both Chambers UK and Legal 500, offering an excellent opportunity to join their Residential Property team in Shrewsbury.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload including:

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Leasehold and Freehold

This is a client-facing role where you will utilise your strong communication skills and deliver a high standard of service, while also contributing to business development and building your presence within the local market.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ PQE Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer
• Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and ambitious approach
