An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join a leading Legal 500 firm in Shrewsbury. This is a forward-thinking and growing practice with a strong reputation, recognised by both Chambers UK and Legal 500.

The firm is seeking an individual who is confident managing their own caseload and is also keen to take on elements of supervision and team management.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Freehold and leasehold transactions

This is a client-facing role offering a non-volume caseload, where you will deliver a high standard of service while also supporting business development initiatives and strengthening the firm's presence in the local market.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ PQE Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Experience or interest in supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive, ambitious, and team-oriented approach
