A long established and respected law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Private Client team. This is a strong opportunity to handle a broad caseload with autonomy, build lasting client relationships and support junior colleagues within a friendly, modern and forward thinking practice.
The Role
- Manage a varied private client caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate, estate administration and Trust matters
- Provide clear, sensitive advice to clients during often difficult circumstances
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and referrer networks
- Offer guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members while maintaining ownership of your own files
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-6+ years PQE in Wills and Probate
Strong technical knowledge across estate planning and administration
Committed to high standards of client care
Organised, commercially aware and confident working independently
