Job Description
We re hiring a Senior Procurement Manager to lead contract management and supplier performance for a major, complex UK organisation, based from one of their offices in Yorkshire
This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Head of Procurement, driving real change across governance, supplier performance and procurement best practice.
What you ll do
- Lead and embed a contract management framework
- Own supplier performance, KPIs and risk management
- Drive improvements across P2P and procurement processes
- Influence senior stakeholders across finance, engineering and operations
- Turn data into insight and measurable value
- Lead and develop a small team
What we re looking for
- Strong contract & supplier management experience
- Proven ability to drive change and influence senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of procurement governance / regulation
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
