- Lead supplier quality assurance activities across a diverse supply chain, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the key interface between suppliers and internal teams including Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Programmes.
- Manage supplier non-conformances, including containment, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventative actions using structured methodologies (e.g. 8D, 5 Why).
- Conduct supplier audits, surveillance visits, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and develop the Approved Supplier List, including qualification and onboarding of new suppliers.
- Proven experience in a Supplier Quality role within high precision industries: Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, or other high-technology industries.
- Experience managing supplier non-conformances and driving corrective actions.
- Experience working with mechanical commodities (Machine, Plating, Welding, forming)
