Year 5 Primary Teacher - Tonbridge
Start: April 2026 (or sooner)
Contract: Full-time
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Year 5 Teacher to join our welcoming and forward-thinking school community in Tonbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator who is passionate about supporting pupils as they build confidence and prepare for upper KS2.
About the Role:
You will lead a vibrant Year 5 class, delivering creative, challenging and inclusive lessons that inspire curiosity and independence.
Working closely with a supportive staff team, you will help maintain high standards of teaching and learning while nurturing every child's progress.
This role will start as a short-term placement but with the view to extend for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS and has experience teaching in KS2
- Brings energy, strong subject knowledge and a passion for learning
- Can create an engaging, well-structured and supportive classroom environment
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and communicates effectively with parents
