Qualified SEND Teachers - Richmond borough

Empowering Learning is recruiting Qualified Teachers (QTS) for specialist SEND schools across the borough of Richmond.

We are working with several well-established schools supporting primary and secondary aged pupils with complex needs, including ASD, SLD, PMLD and associated communication or behavioural needs.

The role:

• Teaching small classes of pupils with high and complex SEND needs

• Working alongside experienced Teaching Assistants and multidisciplinary teams

• Delivering personalised learning and structured support

• Creating a calm, supportive and engaging learning environment

We're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience or strong interest in SEND education

• Patient, resilient and adaptable teachers

• Confidence working with complex learning needs
