Pinnacle are looking to speaking to Quantity Surveyors who have experience working on Highways frameworks.
Working with major local authorities and framework partners, we deliver essential maintenance, resurfacing, and infrastructure improvement projects that keep the road network safe and operational.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management for our clients highways maintenance contracts.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the commercial success and financial control of highways maintenance projects. You will work closely with operational teams to manage costs, contracts, and reporting across a range of schemes including resurfacing, drainage, structures, and reactive maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial aspects of highways maintenance contracts
- Prepare and submit applications for payment, valuations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and profitabilityAdminister contracts (typically NEC forms of contract)
- Identify, price, and manage variations and compensation events
- Produce cost reports and forecasts
Will consider Permanent or freelance.
Perm upto 60,000k.
250- 300 per day outside.
