Key Responsibilities Provide cost planning, estimating, and commercial advice during feasibility and design stages Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and value engineering exercises Support design teams with cost-led design solutions Produce tender documentation and assist with procurement strategies Evaluate tenders, variations, and change control Undertake financial reporting, forecasts, and risk assessments Liaise with clients, designers, and stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met Ensure compliance with relevant contracts and industry standards About You Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar Experience working on civil engineering projects , ideally highways and/or new build infrastructure Strong understanding of design-side Familiarity with NEC contracts Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary design teams Salary is £40,000- £50,000 + allowance and pkg.
