Personal Injury Associate - London
This leading specialist personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor to take on a caseload of complex, high-value claimant cases. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm structured specifically to support high-quality catastrophic injury work - not volume.

The Role
You will lead a portfolio of Serious Injury claims typically ranging from £150,000 to multi-million-pound cases. You'll shape case strategy end-to-end, working closely with medical, rehabilitation, care and financial experts to deliver life-changing results for your clients.
You will:
- Act as lead on complex catastrophic injury files
- Deal with matters such as liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement
- Secure early interim payments and rehabilitation support for clients
- Work with a full network of specialists including counsel, case managers and medical experts
- Mentor and supervise junior team members
- Represent the practice externally within the Serious Injury sector
About You:
You will bring credibility, experience and senior-level judgement to complex, sensitive cases.
Essential:
- Solicitor or Legal Executive with c 8+ PQE
- Proven track record leading Serious Injury claims with complex liability and quantum
- Excellent litigation skills and strong command of court processes
- High-level client care experience
- Ability to supervise, mentor and develop junior colleagues
