The provision is specifically designed to support students who struggle with mainstream education.Whilst delivering an amazing standard of education is still of the utmost importance, identifying where and when to be flexible is key with the students. This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who has experience working with SEND and/or SEMH, or for somebody who maybe attended an Alternative Provision, themselves.About the RoleWhilst working closely with Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be working across the provision and may have specific learners under your wing.
