What You'll Need:
Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, coaching, or similar environment is desirable but not essential
Confidence managing a classroom and supervising students during teacher absence
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Ability to deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
Adaptability to work across different secondary schools and subjects
No QTS required - ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, experienced school support staff, or those considering a career in education
Graduates and individuals considering a career in teaching are strongly encouraged to apply
