The Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Employment Law Paralegal with a genuine passion for Employment Tribunal litigation. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to building a long-term career exclusively within employment law and is particularly interested in contentious matters.

You will work closely with experienced solicitors on a wide range of tribunal cases, supporting clients through all stages of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with Employment Tribunal matters from initial instruction through to final hearing
• Drafting legal documents, including claim forms (ET1), responses (ET3), witness statements, and bundles
• Conducting legal research on employment law issues
• Liaising with clients, counsel, tribunals, and other parties
• Preparing case files and supporting solicitors in hearing preparation
• Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with tribunal procedures
• Attending tribunal hearings where appropriate

About You

• Previous experience in employment law is desirable (tribunal experience highly advantageous)
• Demonstrable interest and passion for Employment Tribunal litigation
• A clear commitment to pursuing a career exclusively in employment law
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to develop
