About the Role:
Reporting to the NPD Controller, you'll be driving innovation, managing concept to launch projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team to ensure NPD projects are launched on time and in line with customer expectations.
- Using your passion and food knowledge to develop exciting concepts, source new ingredients, and improve processes.
- Collaborating with colleagues in commercial, technical, and operations to deliver launches into the market on time.
- Building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
About You:

- Proven background in leading NPD projects in chilled foods.
