Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time 35 hours per week
Salary: £31,539 starting salary p/a, plus excellent benefits package
Location: London, Hybrid working available

The Role
Our client is searching for a Records and Subscriptions Executive to play a key part in maintaining the accuracy, quality and reliability of the data that underpins their global professional community. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll support members directly, maintaining the accuracy of their CRM data and processing subscription payments, ensuring a high level of membership services. If you're organised, detail-driven, have strong customer service skills and are passionate about delivering excellent service, our client would love to hear from you.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
- Strong customer service and support experience, supporting a wide range of stakeholders
- A solid understanding of CRM systems and strong experience using a CRM
- Experience with payment processing and reductions
Experience in a similar membership body would be advantageous.
