Customer Resolutions Specialist Executive

We're on the lookout for experienced customer resolutions specialists to join our client, Volkswagen Financial Services UK.

They're a major player in automotive financial services, partnering with leading brands and known for a strong customer-first culture, clear progression pathways and a real focus on doing the right thing for customers in a regulated environment.

Job Title: Customer Resolutions - Specialist Executive
Location: Hybrid - 3 x Days on-site p/week in Milton Keynes
Salary: 26,500 + benefits

What you'll be doing:

• Managing high-risk and complex complaints end-to-end
• Handling CEO, social media and vulnerable customer escalations
• Making fair, commercially sound redress decisions
• Acting as a subject matter expert across complaints processes
• Identifying root cause trends and driving process improvements

What we're looking for:

• Financial services or regulated sector experience
• Strong complaint handling and stakeholder management skills
• Confident decision-maker with excellent written communication
