As Head of English, you will:
• Oversee curriculum planning and assessment across the department
• Deliver high-quality lessons in KS3 KS5
• Use data to monitor progress and raise attainment
• Lead departmental initiatives and support staff development
• Maintain high expectations for teaching and learning
The successful candidate will:
• Hold UK QTS and a strong English-related degree
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and subject knowledge
• Be suitable for both experienced teachers and ambitious ECTs ready for leadership
• Have the capacity to take on additional responsibilities
