Software Developer in Test (Typescript)

SDET - Contract - £650 Inside IR35 - 3 days per week London - Typescript/JavaScript experience

This role requires 3 days per week onsite in Central London - Please note you must have previously worked within a financial services role.

La Fosse have partnered with an established London based asset management client who are looking to bring in an experienced SDET to support a high-performing engineering team.

This is a hands on contract role focused on building and enhancing automated test frameworks, improving test coverage, and embedding quality best practices across a fast paced delivery environment.

You will be working in a fast paced agile software engineering team and must have strong knowledge of agile processes and software development practices.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience working within an SDET role
• Experience with TypeScript/Javascript
• Test automation experience using Playwright
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Previous experience within financial services (asset management or trading experience highly desirable)
• Must have thorough/demonstrable understanding of agile software engineering practices (i.e 3 amigos)

Desirable not essential experience:

• C# experience

Contract Details:

• £650 per day (Inside IR35)
• 3 days per week onsite in London
