In this pivotal role, you will:
- Annual pay and bonus cycles, ensuring accuracy, and alignment with business performance.
- Benchmark and position pay competitively
- Lead executive and long-term incentives
- Provide data-driven insights, analysing pay trends, equal pay, and gender pay to shape strategy
