Day Concierge

We are currently recruiting for a Day Concierge to join the team at a prestigious luxury residential development in South West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and personable concierge professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident experience and thrives in a high-end residential environment.

The Role:

As the Day Concierge, you will be the face of the development, providing a warm, professional and efficient front-of-house service to residents, guests and contractors. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a first-class front-of-house service to residents and visitors
• Meet and greet residents, guests and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Handle resident queries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Monitor access to the building and ensure security procedures are followed at all times
• Manage deliveries, parcels and key handling
• Liaise with the wider on-site team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain the presentation and standards of the reception / lobby area
• Support with general concierge and resident services as required

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working within a luxury residential development
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner
• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well-presented, reliable and proactive
• Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is polished, service-driven and genuinely enjoys creating a positive experience for residents. Previous experience in a high-end residential / luxury property concierge role is essential.
