Here at GXO Logistics, we're looking for a Transport First Line Shift Manager to join our team at B&Q's Preston Brook Customer Distribution Centre (CDC). This is a critical leadership role where you will take full accountability for the safe, compliant and efficient running of the transport operation during your shift - while also leading key people processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 - 19:00, however flexibility will be essential at peak times, this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
You'll be paid a salary of up to £34,000 per annum.
